Direct Patient Care Membership
Direct Patient Care Membership is a model used when someone is not insured. It is a low-cost and convenient way to get healthcare. You pay a monthly membership fee and are able to see our clinicians when you need, along with some included labs and testing when necessary. There are no deductibles, no copays, and no hidden fees, just quality care that is easy to access. Because this membership only covers services from our practice, you will need to get alternate insurance or pay privately for emergencies or other healthcare services.
